From a basketball standpoint, Chris Paul is the kind of NBA player every single fan loves.
But from a competitive stance, he’s just the opposite.
Paul’s competitiveness has made him one of the pettiest players this game has ever seen, and he’s even been caught on camera being kind of dirty.
That’s why it wasn’t much of a surprise to see that he didn’t even want to acknowledge what Stephen Curry told him on the court during the Phoenix Suns’ loss to the Golden State Warriors.
Curry crossed Paul and took him all the way to the rim, where he was fouled by Deandre Ayton for a bucket plus the foul.
Then, he looked at CP3 and yelled, “This ain’t 2014 no more,” in a clip that has now gone viral.
However, when asked about it, Paul claimed that he didn’t even know what happened in 2014, adding that he barely heard what Steph told him.
"I don't know what happened in 2014?"

To put things into context, the Los Angeles Clippers beat the Warriors in the first round of the playoffs in 2014, with Paul as the team’s best player.
This Paul-Curry rivalry thing has been going on for quite a while now, so NBA fans had some interesting things to say about it on social media.
Hopefully Steph says it to his face next time instead of looking away and acting tough

At the end of the day, there’s no need to pick sides here.
Both players are future first-ballot Hall of Famers and the best players at their position over the past couple of decades.
But now, we just can’t wait to see Paul get back at Steph the next time they square off on the court.
