The Memphis Grizzlies are having an absolutely fabulous season, one of the best they’ve had in their history.
Right now, the Grizz are third in the Western Conference with a stellar record of 41-19.
There is no doubt they are going into the postseason and, according to one NBA analyst, they are going even further than that.

Jay Williams made a massive prediction on ESPN, saying he thinks the Grizzlies will make it to the NBA Finals.
That’s quite a huge claim – but does Williams have a point and will Memphis actually have a legitimate chance at winning a ring this year?
Grizz Are Great
You might scoff at first when you hear Williams’ prediction about the Grizzlies.
How can they go to the Finals when they have to take down both the Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors, you might say.
But Williams makes some good points about both those opponents.
The Suns are going to be missing one of their star players, Chris Paul, for at least six weeks because of a hand injury.
This could have a huge impact on the Suns and makes them the weakest they have been all year.
As for the Warriors, the Grizzlies have proven they can take down intimidating competitors like them.
Williams points out that Memphis is 18-10 against teams over .500.
Therefore, the idea of them overcoming the Warriors isn’t that far-fetched.
In fact, statistics prove it’s very possible.
Make no mistake: the Grizzlies really do have a shot at making the Finals.
Of all the teams in the West, they definitely have the best chance to conquer both the Suns and Warriors.
If they pull this off, it’ll be one of the most enjoyable underdog stories in NBA history.
