Here is a fun game that you can play if you’re an NBA fan: try to find one positive headline about the Brooklyn Nets right now.
That is all but impossible because the team is being heavily critiqued from all sides about the last few days they have had.
Some people are attacking the team because of its response to Kyrie Irving‘s antisemitic tweets while others are furious about the firing of Steve Nash as head coach, as well as the alleged hiring of Ime Udoka to replace him.

The Nets are now one of the messiest, most disappointing teams in the NBA for multiple reasons.
But who is to blame for all of it?
Former NBA player and current analyst J.J. Redick knows who he blames: Irving and Kevin Durant.
Redick didn’t hold back on EPSN, lambasting both of those stars for the moves they’ve made since joining the team a few seasons ago.
“[During and Irving] have spent the last three seasons helping to dismantle that [Nets] culture, that depth,” Redick said.
Redick isn’t the only one laying the blame at Durant and Irving’s feet.
Will this team ever be seen in a good light again?
The Battle For Brooklyn
There are many who think that Durant and Irving were behind Nash’s firing, as well as other moves the front office has made throughout the last few seasons.
It is assumed that Durant and Irving are running the show and have grasped control of the team from the hands of General Manager Sean Marks and others.
There is likely a lot of truth in that concept: front offices often sacrifice much to keep superstars like Durant and Irving.
However, now the team is in shambles and losing a lot.
Since acquiring both players, the Nets have not won a whole lot of games – but they created a lot of controversies.
