The Los Angeles Dodgers are finally getting some big contributions from their star right fielder Mookie Betts.
Betts was off to a rough start in 2022, but appears to have flipped the script and is now providing the Dodgers with that extra spark at the top of their lineup.
He’s looking like the player the Dodgers expected to see when they acquired him from the Boston Red Sox in 2020.
MLB Stats tweeted about what Betts has done in his last 10 games.
His OPS sits at 1.283, he’s hit .357, and he’s hit five home runs while driving in 11 runs over his previous 10 games.

Betts Is Back
This is how it’s done.
This is how you turn things around when you’re in a slump.
He is looking like himself again, the man that won the American League MVP Award back in 2018.
This is what the Dodgers knew they were getting when they acquired him.
This is Betts at his best.
It’s certainly never too late to turn things around, but Betts picked just the right time to do it as we move towards the halfway point of the 2022 regular season.
The Dodgers are going to need him to keep doing what he’s been doing for the rest of the year if they want to make another run at a World Series title.
If Betts is clicking, this team is going to be incredibly difficult to stop as the season progresses.
Betts is showing that he’s back to his MVP self.
He’ll be one of the key factors if the Dodgers make yet another World Series title run.
We’ll see if he can stay hot and lead the Dodgers back to the promised land.
