The MLB Winter Meetings have come to a close, but there are still plenty of quality free agents available.
After some of the top free agents have signed, the market for most positions has been set.
Now it is time for the remaining free agents just to find which situation is best for them.
There seems to be no timetable for when some of these free agents may sign.
But, shockwaves could be sent through the league when they make their decision.
Here are two MLB superstars that remain unsigned.
1. Carlos Rodon, Starting Pitcher
Elite starting pitching is tough to find in MLB.
It is rarely available on the open market, but that has not been the case this year.
Jacob deGrom and Justin Verlander have both already signed with new teams.
But, there is one elite starter available.
That is left-hander Carlos Rodon.

The 30-year-old starter finished 5th in NL Cy Young voting last season.
Also, was one of the most valuable pitchers in baseball in terms of WAR (11.1).
Some starter-needy team will be lucky to add an impact arm like Rodon.
2. Carlos Correa, Shortstop
it is rare for a 28-year-old shortstop to hit free agency in the prime of his career.
But, that is exactly what has happened with Carlos Correa.
After seeing what Trea Turner and Dansby Swanson signed for this offseason, Correa will be looking for more.
Correa is a two-time All-Star and one-time Gold Glove winner.
But, he has yet to show the elite power surge that many thought he had when coming through the minors.
His career high is only 26 home runs which he set in 2021.
Some of the teams to keep an eye on for Correa are the San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Yankees, and Chicago Cubs.

Any team that is willing to make a 10+ year commitment to Correa could land their shortstop of the future.
