Few players, if any in baseball, have a sweeter swing than that of Mookie Betts.
The Los Angeles Dodgers finally have their superstar back and he belted his 18th home run of the season last night after missing some time with a right rib fracture.
The swing he put on that ball was quite pretty too as he drilled an 89-mph slider from German Marquez.
The Dodgers beat the Colorado Rockies 5-2 and Betts was one of the key factors in their win.
MLB tweeted a video of Betts’ swing on Marquez’s slider and slowed it down to highlight just how perfect Betts’ swing truly is.

A Beautiful Swing
The Dodgers certainly missed him while he was gone.
Even with Trayce Thompson doing what he’s been doing, it would have been hard for them not to miss Betts.
He has been the catalyst of the Dodgers ever since being acquired from the Boston Red Sox.
After a tough start to the 2022 season, Betts is hitting .277 with 42 RBI and a stellar .901 OPS.
There are few players, if any in all of baseball that have a better swing than Betts does.
The way he stayed through that ball and just belted it was so impressive and goes to show what kind of a hitter Betts is.
The Dodgers are already loaded, but Betts being back gives them that piece that had been missing for some time.
Add him to a lineup that features Freddie Freeman, Trea Turner, and Max Muncy, and you’ve got one of the best lineups in all of baseball.
His swing truly is perfect and there are no holes in his game.
And he had a nice bat flip to top it off too.
