On Sunday night, we may have witnessed the pinnacle moment of the 2022 postseason.
With the Philadelphia Phillies trailing the San Diego Padres by a run in the bottom of the eighth in Game 5 of the NLCS, Bryce Harper came to bat with a runner on and nobody out.
After dragging that at-bat out to seven pitches, Harper put a charge into one and sent it over the left-center field wall to give the Phillies a 4-3 lead.
Philadelphia would hold on to win by that final and advance to the World Series for the first time since 2009.
But MLB provided fans with yet another amazing angle of Harper’s home run from Sunday on Twitter.
Still thinking about this moment. Probably will be forever. #Postseason pic.twitter.com/asMDgDfvCF

Bryce Goes Deep
That right there may have been the moment of the Phillies’ season.
Harper put a charge into one and sent it way out of Citizens Bank Park.
But the angle of the home run is simply a work of art.
It’s right up close to Harper as he hit the home run.
It shows the perfect view and angle of that swing that might just be the shot heard around the world for fans in Philadelphia.
Harper connected and just watched it fly.
He would later be named the NLCS MVP thanks to a thrilling series, which was capped off by what could have been the swing of his life.
The Phillies will square off with the Houston Astros in the World Series beginning on Friday night at Minute Maid Park.
They’ll be the underdogs, but that won’t be a problem for a team that has taken down three of the top five teams in the National League.
