The dawn of another MLB season is nearly upon us.
In less than a week, pitchers and catchers will report to spring training.
In just a month from now, we’ll witness the return of the legendary World Baseball Classic.
And by the end of March, we’ll have Opening Day.
In fact, we are only 50 days away from the big day, when teams match up for the first time in the new season.
It’s getting close, and things are getting exciting.
On Twitter, MLB posted a graphic featuring some of the game’s brightest stars, reminding fans that the big day is almost here, and we will soon have some baseball to watch.

It’s been a long and cold winter.
Winter is usually a baseball fan’s least favorite time of year.
That’s because winter is the time for the offseason, which can be exciting, but never matches the fun of watching baseball games.
Fortunately, we’re getting closer to the start of a new season.
Teams have made some big moves to strengthen their rosters, and we will soon see those teams in action.
The start of a new season is always the perfect way to kick off the spring season, which will ultimately lead into summer and many more months of exciting baseball action.
We will then have the opportunity to see certain races heating up, whether it’s a pennant race or the competition for seasonal awards such as the MVP, Cy Young, Rookie of the Year, or even the Reliever of the Year Award.
Baseball is coming folks.
We won’t have to wait much longer.
