After rain came through Philadelphia on Monday night, MLB made the decision to postpone Game 3 of the World Series between the Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies.
Game 3 will instead be played tonight.
As a result of the postponement, everything has been pushed back a day.
Games 4 and 5 are obviously pushed back until Wednesday and Thursday.
However, Games 6 and 7, if necessary, have also been pushed back a day.
Those two games were initially scheduled for Friday and Saturday, respectively.
But in order to keep the travel day in the schedule, Game 6 will be played on Saturday, with Game 7 being scheduled for Sunday.
Friday will be a travel day between Games 5 and 6, should the series go beyond five games.
Game 3 of the #WorldSeries has officially been postponed. Here is an updated look at the Series schedule:

MLB Updates World Series Schedule
Ultimately, the schedule was designed so that the MLB would not have to compete with football on Sunday.
Unfortunately, with Game 7 being pushed back until then, MLB will in fact have to compete with NFL’s Sunday Night Football telecast, should the World Series go a full seven games.
But it’s a smart decision on MLB’s part to keep the travel day intact in order to potentially avoid five straight days of games with no off day.
The series is tied at one game apiece after the Phillies and Astros each took a game in Houston.
What they’ll do for Game 5 is not yet known.
