MLB free agency is here and the stove is hot.
Several key players have signed new contracts.
Still, there are several key free agents who have yet to sign, with two of them being high-profile shortstops.
The expectation among the industry is that both Swanson and Correa will sign with new teams this offseason.
On Twitter, one fan posted a hilarious meme about the situation and expressed how the entire baseball world is holding its collective breath, waiting to see where they will sign.

Correa, Swanson Remain Unsigned
More than likely, these two stars will have signed new contracts by the end of the month.
Still, baseball fans are checking their phones every day and logging on to Twitter to see if there are any updates.
Again, some free agents have already signed, and there certainly has been no shortage of activity this offseason.
But for players such as Swanson, Correa, and Carlos Rodon, the market is heating up.
Teams are showing interest, but nothing has happened just yet.
But it’s going to be an interesting couple of weeks as we wait and see where the top remaining free agents will sign.
The San Francisco Giants, Boston Red Sox, and Minnesota Twins have been listed as potential landing spots for both of the remaining free agent shortstops.
Time will tell what happens next.
