What is happening with the trade between the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets?
Many people are assuming that Aaron Rodgers will be on the move to New York, but for some reason, a deal has not been completed yet.
That might be because the trade package is not what the Packers want, or one of the teams is getting cold feet.
Most Jets fans have accepted the fact that Rodgers will be their quarterback next season.
Anything short of that will be a major disappointment in New York.

The Jets have been in quarterback purgatory for the past decade.
It is time for them to find an elite player for the most important position.
Since they have had no success drafting one, making a trade seems like their best bet.
Rodgers has made it clear that he wants to be a Jet.
That should be all the motivation their front office needs to get a deal done.
If the Jets are unable to make this trade, their fanbase may never forgive them.
Especially if they trot Zach Wilson back out as their starter for another year.
With the NFL Draft set to begin on April 27, that seems like a deadline for this deal.
That is because the Packers are going to want draft picks for this upcoming draft involved.
There may seem like a lot of moving pieces, but one thing is for sure.
The Jets need to have Rodgers as their starting quarterback in 2023.
