NFL analysts were torn on the NFC North winner heading into the 2023 season.
The Detroit Lions were a commonly picked team to take home the crown, while many others predicted the Minnesota Vikings to win the division.
Heading into Week 1, the Green Bay Packers were given an outside chance to make any noise.
After dismantling the Chicago Bears in the season opener, several analysts have changed their tune on the Packers.
This includes former receiver Michael Irvin, who outlined his thoughts on the matter in a recent “Undisputed” segment.
“When I look at the NFC North, the Packers can win that division right now,” Irvin said.
Will the Packers miss Aaron Rodgers?

Many analysts were unsure what the Packers would look like during the early stages of the Jordan Love era.
With Aaron Rodgers and his former MVP levels of play gone, the offense was certain to take a dip.
In his first game as the full-time starter, Love threw for 245 yards and three touchdowns.
He also didn’t throw an interception, a trend he’d like to continue moving forward.
While it might have been one game of magic for Love, he proved many people wrong with this performance against the Bears.
Love will have another opportunity to prove himself in Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons, who are also coming off of a victory.
If the Packers want to win the NFC North as Irvin now predicts, they’ll have to win regular season games against teams like the Falcons.
Can Love put together similar performances to his Week 1 masterclass?
