Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks got worked on Sunday night.
Not only did his team lose the pivotal Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals and are now down 3-0 against the Golden State Warriors, but he also suffered a devastating dunk.
The dunk came in the fourth quarter as the Mavericks were clinging to life.
Andrew Wiggins came at him, right arm extended into the air, and secured a nasty one-handed slam.
Even the Dallas fans in the stands had to admit it was a great play.
Luka Doncic on Andrew Wiggins' Q4 dunk over him: "That was impressive. I’m not going to lie. I saw the video again, and I was like, 'Ooof.' I wish I had those bunnies.”

Another person who was impressed by the dunk was none other than Doncic himself.
Speaking about the dunk after the game, he said, “That was impressive. I’m not going to lie. I saw the video again, and I was like, ‘Ooof.’ I wish I had those bunnies.”
That’s a positive view to take on such an embarrassing moment.
Wiggins certainly humiliated Doncic on that play and it’s good that he’s just accepting it.
Doncic Dunked On
Even without the dunk on Sunday night, the Mavs had a lot of problems.
Doncic put up 40 points but he didn’t get nearly enough help.
Spencer Dinwiddie put up 26 and Jalen Brunson produced 20 but the rest of the team was very, very lacking.
If Doncic was receiving more help – especially on the defensive end of the court – Wiggins’ dunk may have never happened.
Still, it cannot be denied that Wiggins really got fired up for that play and was doing wonderful work all night long.
He scored 27 points and 11 rebounds and earned all the praise he’s getting.
With his team now up 3-0, it looks incredibly likely that they will move onto the NBA Finals.
Does this mean we can expect more monster dunks in the next few weeks?
