What is the Drew League?
It is a pro-am league that was founded by Alvin Wills back in 1973.
It was created to show off local and professional talent in the Los Angeles area.
For nearly fifty years, the Drew League has been a place for young players to perfect their skills.
They compete against one another and draw attention to themselves as they quest to go pro.
There are dozens of players who have participated in the Drew League.
The league will stream on NBA platforms from Saturday, July 23 through the championship game on August 21.
This is a big deal for the Drew League and all the players involved and will give them much more attention and many more viewers than they’ve ever had.
It could really work wonders for their future careers and could turn Drew League into something special that people all over the country pay attention to every single summer.
