During his team’s win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey had himself an impressive performance, as he found the end zone four different times during the matchup.
McCaffrey’s performance earned him plenty of praise from the 49ers fan base, but he was so good on Sunday that even non-49ers fans couldn’t help but be blown away by what he was able to do out on the field on Sunday.
Among those who enjoyed what McCaffrey did against the Cardinals was NBA superstar LeBron James, who took to social media to share his reaction.

James is arguably the greatest NBA player of all time, so if a player is earning some public recognition from him, they know they’ve done something right.
Through four games this season, McCaffrey is off to a blazing-fast start, as he’s already accumulated a total of 600 yards (459 rushing and 141 receiving) and seven touchdowns on 98 touches.
If the NFL season ended today, the 49ers running back would likely be named the league’s MVP, that’s how well he has been performing so far this year.
After McCaffrey was acquired in a midseason trade last year, some questioned whether San Francisco gave up too much to land a running back who had only appeared in a total of 10 games from 2020 to 2021.
But the 49ers clearly felt he was worth the risk, and now it’s paying off tremendously for them as McCaffrey has been able to do almost whatever he’s wanted to out on the field this season.
