Just a few days ago it was announced that Rui Hachimura was moving from the Washington Wizards to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Fans of the Lakers were mostly ecstatic to hear about Hachimura coming to LA and see great things ahead in his future.
But they would have to wait a few days before witnessing Hachimura in action.

Now that he’s in Los Angeles and ready to play, Hachimura was seen on the court putting up shots with assistant coach Phil Handy.
The new player is set to make his debut with the Lakers on Wednesday night as they take on the San Antonio Spurs.
All LA fans will be paying close attention to the game for multiple reasons.
It comes hot on the heels of LeBron James‘ historic game against the Los Angeles Clippers and people want to see if he produces anything close to 46 points.
They are also eager to see the highly anticipated return of Anthony Davis, who has been out of commission since December.
But the entry of Hachimura will likely get the most attention because he is seen as a pivotal part of the team’s success moving forward.
During his time with the Wizards, Hachimura was averaging 13 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists.
Those are not astonishing numbers but certainly promising.
However, LA plans to do great things with the former ninth overall draft pick.
They believe they can nurture his skills, improve his game, and turn him into a starter for the Lakers.
In fact, they think the combination of him with James and Davis could greatly improve their postseason chances.
LA’s loyal followers will get their first look at that lineup on Wednesday.
