The Baltimore Ravens will have to go to war without their best player.
Former MVP Lamar Jackson is expected to miss his sixth straight game as he nurses a knee injury.
There has been plenty of league-wide speculation regarding his status and recovery, which is why he took to social media to give his fans an update on his situation:
“I want to give you all an update as I am in the recovery process. I’ve suffered a PCL grade 2 sprain on the borderline of a strain 3. There is still inflammation surrounding my knee and my knee remains unstable,” Jackson tweeted. “I’m still in good spirits, as I continue with treatments on the road to recovery. I wish I could be out there with my guys more than anything but I can’t give a 100% of myself to my guys and fans I’m still hopeful we still have a chance.”

To make things even worse, the Ravens may also not have Tyler Huntley behind center, as he’s also dealing with an injury of his own.
The Cincinnati Bengals are favored by a touchdown ahead of this win-or-go-home game, which doesn’t come as a surprise, all things considered.
Jackson won’t take any chances or try and risk further damage.
He’s still trying to get the Ravens to sign him to the massive deal he should get according to the quarterback market, and this situation with his knee only makes things more complicated.
So, who knows?
Maybe he’s already played his last snap with the team that took a chance on him in the NFL Draft.
