The Los Angeles Lakers can not seem to avoid the injury bug.
Right when things were starting to turn around for them, they lose LeBron James to a foot injury.
He is expected to miss two to three weeks, with the Lakers’ playoff hopes taking a massive hit.
Currently, LA is 29-33 on the year, which puts them in 12th place in the Western Conference.
One player that needs to carry the team with James out is Anthony Davis.
Unfortunately, Davis has plenty of injury issues in his own right.
He will be unable to play on Wednesday night and has been ruled out.
Lakers’ Anthony Davis is listed out tonight vs. Thunder.

After overcoming a 27-point deficit to win on Sunday, the Lakers looked like a team no one wanted to play.
But, now they have reverted to the often-injured team that they have been over the past few seasons.
Without Davis and James, the Lakers have no shot at making the play-in tournament.
Los Angeles made all of these trade deadline moves with the hopes of making a second-half playoff push.
But, the health of their stars has always been the most important thing.
Davis has always been injury-prone throughout his career, but it appears that he has not turned into the superstar the Lakers have hoped for.
He was expected to take over as the face of the franchise.
But, he is rarely on the court to do so.
