Kyrie Irving of the Brooklyn Nets has had many incredible games throughout his career but his performance on Tuesday night may have just been his best.
Irving and the Nets put the Orlando Magic away, 150-108, led mostly by the incredible showing from Irving, who had a career-defining night.

In the end, he walked away with 60 points, a career-high and franchise-record as well as the best showing for any player in the NBA so far this season.
This comes just a week after Irving put up 50 in a game against the Charlotte Hornets and as the Nets attempt to rally together and make a huge comeback up the ranks of the Eastern Conference.
As great as Irving’s night was, it is still sure to frustrate some Nets fans.
“Kyrie! Kyrie!”
Even though the Nets were not playing at home on Tuesday, fans in the arena were still chanting his name as Irving continued to rack up points and break the personal and team record.
It was quite obvious that Irving is in prime form and playing some of the best ball of his career lately.
However, it can’t be ignored that the player can only participate in away games with the Nets because he is still unvaccinated against COVID-19.
That means that right now there is no chance of Irving contributing 50 or 60 points when the team is in New York, which could really hurt them in the postseason.
The playoffs will be tough this year, particularly if newcomer Ben Simmons isn’t ready to start playing soon.
The Nets could sure be using Irving all the time – especially if he’s going to continue wowing the league as he has been.
