Kevin Durant‘s season is over now that his Brooklyn Nets have been swept in the first round of the playoffs.
That means he has more time for friends, family, and relaxation.
And trolling on Twitter, of course.
Durant was at it again on Wednesday, taking to social media to respond to critics.
Let me go back in the house, outside too full with the cool kids like billy. I don’t fit lol https://t.co/DEPSxRIhgc

When one Twitter user asked if somebody could name a “lamer superstar” than Durant, KD shot back.
“Let me go back in the house, outside too full with the cool kids like billy. I don’t fit lol” Durant said.
You have to hand it to Durant: it’s a funny comeback.
But one wonders if the NBA superstar doesn’t have anything better to do with his newfound free time.
Debating Durant
He should be prepared for a lot of comments about his performance this year.
This is one of the worst postseasons he’s ever had.
It was obvious that his Nets had a tough road ahead in the playoffs but few people expected them to be totally swept in the first round.
As for Durant, some people have said that he got worked by Jayson Tatum and wasn’t playing like his usual self.
Some even said that he was choking when his team needed him most.
He was still putting up strong numbers (26.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 6.3 assists) but he also had a few missteps and clumsy plays.
Sure enough, he wasn’t having an easy time on the floor.
That means that the haters are going to come out of the woodwork in the weeks and months ahead.
It’s rare to see a team with Durant fail in this way and they are going to jump all over that.
And it looks like Durant will be ready to respond.
