The Phoenix Suns took down the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night, advancing to the second round of the playoffs and again proving that they are a true force in the West.
And the more fearsome player on the team was once again Devin Booker.
Following the big win, teammate Kevin Durant showered Booker with serious praise for his epic evening.
“It was spiritual. I don’t scream too much in games as I get older, but when he hit that 3 at the top of the key, I felt that energy and I know everyone in the crowd felt it. We feed off his aggression,” Durant said about Booker on Tuesday night.

For the evening, Booker scored 47 points, 8 rebounds, and 10 assists.
From beginning to end, Booker looked like a man on a mission and was playing incredible basketball.
He scored 25 of his 47 in the third quarter alone.
After Tuesday night, Booker has now passed Charles Barkley for the most 40-point playoff games in franchise history.
He has been doing terrific work for his Suns throughout these playoffs.
He has scored 26, 38, 45, and 30 points before Tuesday’s 47-point showing.
Booker will need to keep it up in the weeks ahead because he and his team are about to face a very serious opponent.
Now that they have made it past the battered and bruised Los Angeles Clippers, the Suns are going to square off against the Denver Nuggets.
They are the top seed in the West and are a truly dominant foe, with MVP candidate Nikola Jokic leading them.
Booker has been downright phenomenal during the postseason so far but the Nuggets will pose all sorts of new and troubling challenges for him and his team.
