Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets obviously knows a thing or two about basketball.
The two-time champion is currently averaging 30.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 5.3 assists a game, despite the fact that his Nets are still suffering and not able to put together a string of wins.
Not only is Durant an expert on the floor, but he’s also an avid fan and understands the NBA and who are the best players within it.
Recently, Durant gave huge praise to another star in the league: Kawhi Leonard.

Leonard, who has only participated in two games this season for his Los Angeles Clippers, is one of the best there is according to Durant.
“The league is better when Kawhi Leonard is playing,” Durant said.
He added, “I would love to see him back soon.”
He’s not alone in that sentiment: there are many Clippers fans who are eager to see their star player back in the game.
Lacking Leonard
Leonard has missed the last ten games for his Clippers, who currently sit at an 8-6 record in the 7th spot in the West.
Leonard missed all of last season due to injury and most people thought that he’d be back with a vengeance from the opening tip-off this season.
That hasn’t been the case and it’s taken Leonard a lot longer to get back in fine form and able to help his team out.
Head coach Ty Lue isn’t giving a definitive timetable for Leonard’s return but the fans are hoping it is within the next few weeks.
This was supposed to be the Clippers’ season, one in which they could finally make the Finals.
But they won’t be able to do that with a healthy and capable Leonard.
Sadly, we just don’t know when they will get that.
