Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets is enjoying his summer vacation and doing what he loves most: making sarcastic comments on Twitter.
He has been giving commentary on ESPN analysts, other players in the league, and more.
And now he’s making jokes about people who are praising him.
This is a slight to me.

NBA writer Ben Stinar was asked his opinion on Durant and he called him one of the top three one-on-one players to ever play the game.
And Durant’s response was golden: “This is a slight to me.”
That’s Durant for you – always making fun, always having a laugh, and always being smart aleck.
One-On-One
Obviously, Stinar’s claim about Durant was very high praise.
Calling him one of the best one-on-one players in the history of the NBA is huge.
And Stinar isn’t alone – others think the same thing.
Sure enough, Durant is still considered one of the best players alive even though he’s part of a team that went through a very rough season.
Because of injuries, absences, and a tough Eastern Conference, they got pushed out of the playoffs in the first round.
Still, Durant’s power and ability on the floor were never in question.
Even when the team was doing horribly, Durant was still a bright spot for it.
In fact, when Durant had to sit out for weeks due to injury, the team really fell apart – proving just how important he is to the team.
The Nets will probably look the same when next season begins – they’re hoping a lack of injuries and missing stars will help them go further in the postseason.
As for Durant, he will keep playing like one of the best athletes alive.
That’s because he is.
