Kyrie Irving of the Brooklyn Nets put on a clinic Tuesday night, scoring a ridiculous 60 points against the Orlando Magic to help his team secure a much-needed 150-108 win.
It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Irving had a great night considering he’s undoubtedly one of the best point guards in the league.
But the sheer amount of points was a bit startling, it’s not every day you see an NBA player put up 60.
Everyone is wowed by Irving’s big night – including his teammate and pal, Kevin Durant.

Durant took to Twitter after the game to celebrate Irving.
“ATTN: Eleven taught another class tonight. Please review the film if you haven’t…” Durant wrote.
Is this the start of the Nets comeback that fans have been waiting for?
Brooklyn Bouncing Back?
As the season began, the Nets were the odds-on favorites to make the NBA Finals.
A lot has changed since then.
For one, the team lost James Harden – although they gained Ben Simmons (who still hasn’t played a game for Brooklyn yet).
Meanwhile, Durant got injured and was sidelined for weeks, effectively causing the team to crater without him.
Of course, the on-again, off-again nature of Irving’s season has also hurt the team.
It’s left them in the underdog position and they are now attempting to scratch their way back to the top of the Eastern Conference.
People still have faith that Brooklyn can do it, mostly because of the astonishing players they have.
If Irving can keep having nights like Tuesday that will greatly improve the team’s chances – even if he can’t play home games.
The Nets need everyone to play at the best of their abilities if they want to turn things around.
It looks like Irving is up to the task.
