New York Giants fans have some reason to celebrate after the team won two of their first three games.
That’s an accomplishment, considering they are halfway through last season’s win total.
Saquon Barkley has re-discovered his Pro Bowl form through three games.
Meanwhile, Daniel Jones is making the most of every snap, even if he has to complete plays on his own.
But while other Giants players are trending up, wide receiver Kenny Golladay is still on a slump.

NFL on CBS shared that Golladay has two catches out of five targets for 22 yards in three games.
Both of his catches came in their season opener against the Tennessee Titans.
Unfortunately, he did not have a catch out of three targets versus the Dallas Cowboys.
Worst yet, he has not scored a touchdown for the Giants ever since he signed a four-year, $72 million contract during the 2021 offseason.
That’s a shocking drought, considering he led the league in receiving touchdowns (11) three years ago when he was still with the Detroit Lions.
In contrast, Barkley has more receiving yards than him with 91.
Even fellow wideouts Richie James and David Sills V have been more impressive than Golladay.
Tight end Daniel Bellinger also has 56 receiving yards and a touchdown catch.
Giants Trying To Trade Golladay
Giants general manager Joe Schoen might have seen enough of Golladay and are now seeking a trade.
However, MMQB Lead Content Strategist Albert Breer tweeted, “The Giants were more than willing to take on a significant chunk of his salary to move Kenny Golladay before the roster cutdown, to no avail. He’s been available for a while—with the contract making it difficult to trade him. Might take an injury somewhere to make it happen.”
Absorbing a big portion of his pay is an act of desperation to move a player that hasn’t panned out in New York.
