The New York Giants got a tough wake-up call in their season opener.
They fell, 40-0, to the Dallas Cowboys in one of the worst and most humiliating games in franchise history.
The game was so bad that even former Giants WR Kadarius Toney emerged back from the shadows to mock the team and call out the fans, urging them not to get quiet now after that loss (via Dov Kleiman).

"Na Don’t get quiet now…"
Toney's twitter account has been shutdown but his IG account is still active, and seems he couldn't wait… https://t.co/Dp3G4cIBgI pic.twitter.com/fX3yT2pUAV

Notably, Toney had to shut down his Twitter account following his terrible performance in the Kansas City Chiefs’ season opener, as Giants fans were mocking him and insulting him left and right.
But he still had his Instagram account locked and loaded, and it became evident that he was looking forward to the opportunity of getting back at the trolls.
Toney was one of the main ones responsible for the Chiefs’ loss in the season opener.
He dropped three crucial passes, one of which was even picked off for an interception.
His tenure with the Giants was full of controversies and shortcomings, failing to make an impact despite being a first-round pick.
He made it loud and clear that he has no love whatsoever for the organization, and the fans will never forget about that.
Toney is expected to have a prominent role in the Chiefs passing game this season, but he has to prove that he can be consistent and actually stay on the field.
Until then, perhaps he’d be better off just working on his game and getting away from social media.
