Justin Jefferson is showing why the Minnesota Vikings were wise to draft him with the 22nd overall pick in 2020.
Since coming into the NFL back in 2020, he’s been proving he’s an elite receiver.
With him going into his third season in the NFL, he’s making some history.
This history puts him in a class by himself among his peers.
So what is it he’s doing to put himself in a class all to himself?
Jefferson Is The Only Receiver To Eclipse An Insane Number Of Receiving Yards
No other receiver has as many receiving yards as Jefferson has since coming into the NFL in 2020.
Since his rookie season in 2020, he’s the only wide receiver with over 4,000 receiving yards during the three-year period.

His 4,248 receiving yards has him with three consecutive seasons of 1,000+ receiving yards.
He’s also currently one yard behind the top receiver for 2022, Tyreek Hill.
However, while he’s one yard behind for the top spot, he’s got three seasons of consistency.
This consistency puts the young receiver in a class by himself.
While other receivers have hit career years in 2021 and 2022, it’s Jefferson who’s showing steady progression.
His play is also helping put the Vikings on top in the NFC North with a 9-2 record.
With them holding the second seed in the NFC, the team can thank Jefferson and his amazing play this season for some of those wins.
While 2022 isn’t over, it’s clear the young receiver is in a class all to himself until someone can overtake him.
