Last night, the Rookies of the Year were announced by MLB.
In the American League, Seattle Mariners sensation Julio Rodriguez earned Rookie of the Year honors, while in the National League, Michael Harris II of the Atlanta Braves took home the award.
After both Harris and Rodriguez were announced as the recipients of the award, Rodriguez decided to take a little time out of his day to give Harris a shoutout.
MLB tweeted a video of Rodriguez congratulating Harris, referring to him as “Money Mike” and later FaceTiming his fellow Rookie of the Year to wish him all the best.

J-Rod Congratulates Harris On ROY
Harris and Rodriguez each had fantastic seasons.
So naturally, it’s good for fans to see the two of them interact after winning Rookie of the Year honors in their respective leagues.
Rodriguez cracked the Opening Day roster for the Mariners and kicked off what should be a fantastic career with a 28-homer campaign.
Harris, hit .297 and blasted 19 home runs during the regular season, driving in 64 runs in the process.
After each young star celebrated their accomplishments, they finally took some time to congratulate each other on winning their Rookie of the Year awards.
These two certainly gave baseball fans a fun glimpse into the future.
Harris and Rodriguez are both stars in the making and are going to generate a ton of excitement over the course of their careers.
Harris helped lead the Braves to their fifth consecutive NL East title, while Rodriguez helped guide Seattle back to the postseason for the first time in over two decades.
