The Seattle Mariners won a wild game against the Atlanta Braves on Sunday, at T-Mobile Park.
Seattle was up 6-2 entering the ninth inning, but relievers Diego Castillo and Paul Sewald, usually very effective, coughed up the lead and the Braves scored five in the ninth to take a 7-6 lead.
With one out in the bottom of the ninth and facing Braves closer Kenley Jansen, Julio Rodriguez became the hero with a game-tying blast.
It was a screaming line drive that left his bat at over 117 mph.
“This Julio Rodríguez HR left his bat at 117.2 MPH! Only other MLB players to hit a homer so hard this season: Giancarlo Stanton, Shohei Ohtani, Vlad Jr., Jorge Soler, and Oneil Cruz. And of course Julio is the youngest,” Codify Baseball tweeted after the game.

It was an impressive display of power.
Later in the game, Eugenio Suarez hit his second home run of the game, a walk-off blast that ended the thrilling game.
The Mariners Keep Rolling Thanks To Julio
It was the Mariners’ seventh win in their last 10 contests.
They keep proving that they can beat even the best teams in the league, and they are about to make the playoffs for the first time since 2001.
Just like Suarez, J-Rod also hit two home runs in the game.
Overall, he went 3-for-4 with two solo home runs, a walk and was caught stealing once.
He is now up to 25 home runs and 24 stolen bases, and has a fair shot at becoming a 30-30 player in his rookie season.
He is slashing .277/.340/.494 and has contributed 4.6 Wins Above Replacement (WAR), and looks destined to win the American League Rookie of the Year award.
