Josh McDaniels will have his second chance at being an NFL head coach with the Las Vegas Raiders.
His first taste of the job came in 2009 when he was hired by the Denver Broncos.
However, he lasted only 28 games and did not have a winning season.
This time, he would like to make things work and he has the roster that could help him succeed.
Therefore, Raiders fans will have a lot to cheer for this season and McDaniels took notice of their energy.

Vegas Nation reporter at Las Vegas Review-Journal Vincent Bonsignore tweeted, “@Raiders coach Josh McDaniels said today’s atmosphere at @AllegiantStadm was the best he’s ever been a part of for an @NFL preseason game. Said it was really easy to say that, too.”
The cheers from the crowd helped the Raiders defeat the Minnesota Vikings, 26-20.
It’s a great follow-up from their victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars during the Hall of Fame Game.
McDaniels Injects New Energy To The Raiders
The Raiders will benefit from McDaniels’ enthusiasm and passion for his craft.
Those traits will help his players navigate what is shaping up to be a tough battle towards the AFC playoffs.
Aside from competing against the squads within their division, there are other teams in the conference that they must look out for.
For that to happen, the crowd’s energy will also give the squad a much-needed boost.
