Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen added to his legend with a statement victory over the defending Super Bowl champions Los Angeles Rams.
He led the squad to three touchdown drives in the second half, including his rushing touchdown, to complete a 31-10 masterpiece.
Aside from completing 26 passes for 297 yards and three touchdowns, how about that stiff arm on Nick Scott?
As he comes of age, the former Wyoming standout displays a scary combination of arm strength, accuracy, mobility, and toughness.
But what’s more impressive is that he shines brighter during primetime games.
by now you'd hope NFL fans across the country know how special Josh Allen is. Last 3 games, all stand alone national TV window vs Pats/Chiefs/Rams:
74-93(79%)
934 pass yds
12 TD/ 2 INT
27 runs/190 yds/ 1 TD
avg 38 points— Howard WGR (@hsimon62) September 9, 2022
WGR 550 Sports Radio talk show host Howard Simon tweeted, “By now, you’d hope NFL fans across the country know how special Josh Allen is. Last 3 games, all stand-alone national TV window vs Pats/Chiefs/Rams.”
His astounding numbers include a 79 percent completion percentage (74 out of 93 pass attempts), 934 passing yards, and 12 touchdowns.
He also had 27 carries for 190 yards and a touchdown and averaged 38 points in those games.
If everything goes right for him and the Bills, he could win his first MVP award, as predicted by several sportsbooks.
However, complacency will be their biggest enemy, given how great they can be on both sides of the ball.
Can Anyone Stop The Bills Offense?
Offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey isn’t afraid to design run plays for Allen.
They had a number of direct runs against the Rams because that’s what the defense gave them.
But while Allen’s ability to run is already established, he can also be as dangerous in the passing game.
As shown in his touchdown pass to Stefon Diggs, he can change the game’s complexion with one throw.
Diggs isn’t his only target because Allen can also connect with Isaiah McKenzie and Gabriel Davis.
For sure, defensive coordinators that will face the Bills this season are already looking for ways to break their impending dominance.
