Looking at a list of centers averaging 30 points per game in a season, you can see that Embiid is officially on the list as one of the best.
But his feat is made even more impressive when you see that he has played only an average of 33.7 minutes per game, far less than everyone else on the list.
Embiid is doing incredible, legendary work in fewer minutes.
Is this guy just getting better and better?
Embiid In Charge
When you look at his numbers, Embiid is doing better than ever before in some huge ways.
But the thing that really matters for Embiid is how much he’s doing for his team, not his stat sheet.
Since entering the league, people have been hoping Embiid would come into his own and become a leader and someone who can motivate his squad and actually guide them forward.
It looks like he’s doing that now and is comfortable doing so.
30.4 points a game in just 33.7 minutes per game is an impressive accomplishment.
Yet, nothing is more impressive than the way Embiid has become his team’s anchor.
