Some people weren’t sure it was going to work out between Joel Embiid and James Harden when Harden moved from the Brooklyn Nets to the Philadelphia 76ers.
However, anyone doubting these two as a unit has definitely seen the light now.

In their first 295 minutes together, Embiid and Harden are +89.
Additionally, they have a 122.5 offensive rating, a 105.7 defensive rating, 16.9 net rating, and a true shooting percentage of 63.2%.
All of these stats rank first in the entire NBA, meaning there really isn’t any other duo as powerful as this one.
A Fit For Philly
The 76ers are the third in the East right now with a record of 43-27.
They have some tough competition with the Milwaukee Bucks, Miami Heat, and Boston Celtics all neck-and-neck fighting for the top of the standings.
But the chances have never been better for Philadelphia.
They obviously have the talent and they now have a good deal of postseason experience too.
Plus, their lead player, Embiid, is playing some of the best ball of his career.
Everything has come together in a great way for the team and fans are ready for them to take a leap to the next level.
For years now, fans of the 76ers have been told to “trust the process” and believe that the best days were ahead for their team.
It seems like those days have come and with Embiid and Harden playing like they are, it’s time to visualize an Eastern Conference Finals with Philadelphia involved.
The truth is that it won’t be easy for the 76ers to make the Finals but that was always going to be the case.
This could be the moment Philly fans have been waiting for.
