In just two seasons, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has solidified his place as a franchise cornerstone.
After tearing the ACL and MCL in his left knee ten games into his rookie year, he bounced back with 4,611 yards and 34 touchdowns in his second season.
More importantly, he led the Bengals to an appearance in Super Bowl LVI.
Given that they have retained most of their starters from last season, the Bengals have what it takes to return to the big game.
But while they target the franchise’s first Super Bowl championship, Burrow would also like to score a win against a division rival.

The NFL on CBS Twitter account shared Burrow’s record against their fellow AFC North teams.
He has two wins each over the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens.
However, he hasn’t defeated the Cleveland Browns in three tries.
Burrow lost both regular-season games against the Browns during his rookie year.
Both were close battles, though, as the Bengals lost 35-30 in Week 2 and 37-34 in Week 7.
A year later, the Bengals lost to the Browns again in Week 9, 41-16.
Cleveland defeated Cincinnati again in Week 18 but Brandon Allen took over at quarterback for the Bengals.
Burrow Has The Chance To Break The Ice
Last season’s Comeback Player of the Year could finally score a win over the Browns.
After all, Pro Bowl quarterback Deshaun Watson will be serving an 11-game suspension due to his violation of the league’s player conduct policy.
Taking his place is Jacoby Brissett who started just five games for the Miami Dolphins last year.
The Browns and the Bengals will have their first encounter this season in Week 8 and Watson will still be unavailable.
That game could be Burrow’s best opportunity to finally score a win over the Browns.
However, it will still not be easy because the Browns’ defense has Jadeveon Clowney, Myles Garrett, Greg Newsome II, John Johnson, and Denzel Ward.
