The Cincinnati Bengals are going into the 2023 season as one of the prohibitive favorites to come out of the AFC.
The Bengals have talent on both sides of the field, particularly offensively as they’ve got a strong core of Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins.
Burrow has established himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the league, while Chase and Higgins form a terrifying receiving duo that can make plays anywhere they’re lined up.
Cincinnati suffered a scare, though, when Burrow went down with a calf injury a few weeks ago though he is reportedly doing better and could be ready for Week 1.
Burrow’s health has been an open question mark since his rookie year, but there;’s no denying that he’s a special talent when available.
Prior to the start of the new season, Burrow along with several of his Bengals teammates decided to take in some soccer and see Lionel Messi via CBS Sports.

Messi is in Ohio with Inter Miami taking on FC Cincinnati in the U.S. Open Cup semifinals, giving Burrow and the other Bengals a chance to see the living legend live.
To no one’s surprise, Messi has absolutely dominated the competition since coming stateside and has drummed up the interest levels in MLS to new heights.
The Argentinian scored a ridiculous 10 goals in seven Leagues Cup matches en route to delivering Miami’s first trophy in club history.
Like Messi, Burrow is hoping to lead Cincinnati to its first Super Bowl win though he needs to stay healthy in order to do so.
