The New York Jets are one team that is in desperate need of a quarterback.
After failing to sign Derek Carr when he was a free agent, the Jets turned their focus to one player.
That is Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Both Rodgers and the Jets have even spoken to find out if he would want to play in New York.
It appears that the Packers are ready to move on from Rodgers and turn their franchise over to Jordan Love.
Even though a deal has not been completed yet, many Jets players are sending out cryptic tweets.

These players seem to know something that the rest of us do not.
It is possible that they already received word that a Rodgers deal is about to be completed.
There is no question that the Jets are a quarterback away from being a playoff team.
At worst, Rodgers should be able to get them into a wild-card spot in the AFC.
Their offense has good players on it like running back Breece Hall, and wide receiver Garrett Wilson.
They would both thrive in an offense led by Rodgers.
It seems like it’s Rodgers or bust for the Jets as the rest of the quarterbacks go off the board in free agency.
We should have an official answer soon enough, but it certainly looks like the Jets are close to adding the future Hall of Famer.
