The last NBA season was the biggest one yet for Memphis Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant.
Morant and his team had a stellar regular season and were near the top of the Western Conference as the playoffs began.
In the end, their playoff run was cut short due to injuries and the unstoppable Golden State Warriors.
Still, it was a great year for Morant and his squad and really put them on the radar of many.

He was seen celebrating recently – but he wasn’t cheering about his own victory.
The 2021-22 Most Improved Player of the Year was spotted dancing and enthusiastically enjoying his sister’s AAU basketball team after they won.
Morant was doing some of the same moves he shows on the NBA court, dancing and singing and cheering.
It’s always fun and infectious to watch Morant get excited.
He might have plenty of reasons to be excited in the new season.
Morant Moving Up
There are now many people who think the next season could be even better for the Grizzlies and their megastar leader, Morant.
Following the year they just had, it only makes sense that great things may be in store.
However, it is important to remember that Morant is going to be coming off of an injury – and injuries have plagued the Grizzlies a lot.
That could slow them down.
Additionally, it is also very important to remember that the Western Conference is going to perhaps be a whole lot stronger and tougher in the new year.
Kawhi Leonard is coming back to the Los Angeles Clippers, while Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. are also coming back to the Denver Nuggets.
Meanwhile, Zion Williamson is returning to the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Grizzlies will have to try harder than ever next season.
