The Brooklyn Nets have been on a whole other level lately.
Even though the team started the season in the worst of ways, they have completely turned things around and have now won a shocking 12 games in a row.
They are the second-best team in the East and are now a formidable and powerful team who could really go far this season and into the playoffs.
There have been some big changes to the Nets this year and everyone is wondering what alterations have turned them into the powerhouse squad they are.
The coach trusts the players. Players trust the coach.

A courtside video of the team and head coach Jacque Vaughn working during a game against the Toronto Raptors show just how close and connected and impressive the Nets are.
In the video, Vaughn is explaining a play he wrote up for the team.
The specifics aren’t entirely clear but it appears as if he wants the ball to be passed to someone in the corner, possibly to attempt a three-pointer.
Before the athletes went back to the floor, both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving implore Vaughn to go a different route and let Irving have the ball.
It doesn’t take much convincing and Vaughn is then on board.
Sure enough, just seconds later Irving takes the shot and it goes in.
This moment shows that the team really respects their new coach but they are also completely comfortable making their own suggestions too.
And it’s great to see that Vaughn is open to these ideas and wants a collaborative effort from everyone involved.
To see Durant and Irving suggest their own plays shows just how great it is to have two veteran players like them, they know themselves and they know the game so very well that their expertise is second-to-none.
This was just one of many special moments the Nets have had lately.
