Kareem Hunt was last seen on the Cleveland Browns during the 2022 NFL Season.
After being released from the team, he is a free agent hoping to find a spot on a new roster.
There have been rumors throughout the offseason that Hunt has received offers but has yet to accept any of them.
In a recent segment of the Pat McAfee Show, Adam Schefter was asked about Hunt’s current status.
“I think Kareem Hunt is waiting for a certain opportunity,” Schefter said.

“He wants the right situations and the right price,” Schefter also added.
This is an indication that Hunt has not made up his mind yet, and there are several options still on the table.
Week 1 of the NFL season has not yet concluded, and there are already a few question marks at the running back position.
J.K. Dobbins tore his Achilles, and Aaron Jones is suffering from a hamstring injury.
As the season goes on and more injuries take place, teams could get more desperate.
Hunt could be waiting for a better opportunity to come along for a team that is willing to pay for his services.
When he was on the Browns in 2022, Hunt racked up 468 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns, along with 35 receptions for 210 yards and one touchdown.
At 28 years old, Hunt could have a few viable NFL seasons left should he accept an offer to join another team.
A lot of factors are at play for Hunt as he looks to make a decision regarding his playing status.
