Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has a reason to celebrate after being named one of the top ten quarterbacks by NFL coaches, players, scouts, and executives.
Whether it boosts his game to attain a 5,000-yard season is another thing.
But perhaps conducting a camp for kids is his way of celebrating and giving back to the community.
Yet aside from teaching the participants drills on how to become a better football player, he is also showing them his viral pre-game routine.

The NFL’s official Twitter account said, “When you go to @dak‘s camp, you learn ALL his tricks.”
That’s why everyone in attendance was copying Prescott’s twisting of the hips.
Of course, the experience is better with headphones and your favorite music.
While the movement may look comical in nature, it does help anyone get loose.
They can perform better and move easier after this warm-up exercise.
As for quarterbacks, that hip movement may help them scan the field faster, especially if their first option isn’t open.
It could also help them avoid incoming edge rushers by moving away.
Cowboys Will Dance With The NFL’s Best Teams
As Prescott shows his famous moves at camp, the Cowboys will have to waltz through a tough schedule to make a postseason return.
Aside from their division rivals, they will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 1, the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2, and the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5.
There’s also the Green Bay Packers in Week 10, the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13, and the Tennessee Titans in Week 17.
Prescott will need more of his warmup routine in these games because they will be in for a battle.
However, doing that movement in-game will break the Internet.
