The Milwaukee Bucks needed all of their players performing at peak ability in order to close out the Boston Celtics on Friday night.

Unfortunately, that didn’t happen and now the Bucks are about to face off against the Bucks again in a must-win Game 7.

One of the players who didn’t step up as requested was shooting guard Grayson Allen.

Allen only scored 3 points and shot a measly 1-of-7.

He also missed all 4 of his three-point attempts and had a plus-minus score of -29 in 22 minutes played.

Allen had a pretty strong season but his Game 6 on Friday night was definitely rough.

Allen was an asset to the Bucks all season long – even if he seemed to fall off during Game 6.

For the season, Allen averaged 11.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assists.

He also had a field goal percentage of 44.8%.

The Bucks are a strong team not only because they have Giannis Antetokounmpo on their side but also because they have a deep and talented roster.

Allen is a part of that depth.

Well, usually he is.

Allen is one of the reasons why the team is so dangerous to opponents.

He helps spread the floor and can shoot from nearly anywhere on the court.

Sadly, that wasn’t on display in Game 6 and that’s something that should trouble the Bucks before Sunday.

All of the team will need to be in fine form for Game 7.

Milwaukee won’t be able to win if it’s only Antetokounmpo performing well.

All of those role players will need to be present and driven and ready to leave it all on the floor.

If Game 7 is a nail-biter, Allen could be the boost that pushes the Bucks across the finish line.
