The Divisional Round Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills was arguably the best game of the 2021 NFL season.
It featured two of the best teams in the league, one of which had already won a Super Bowl with their current core.
Meanwhile, the Bills had the personnel to stop the Chiefs from clinching their fourth-straight AFC Championship Game.
The stakes were also high in this game because the loser said goodbye to their Super Bowl LVI bid.
Therefore, it was expected that the showdown would go down the wire.
But what transpired during the final minute made it a game for the ages.

It’s hard to fault the Bills for feeling confident after claiming a three-point lead with 13 seconds left.
Josh Allen found Gabriel Davis in the end zone for what could have been a game-winning touchdown.
Even if the Chiefs had three timeouts left, they did not have much time to work with.
However, Patrick Mahomes happened as he willed his team to force overtime.
During that drive, Mahomes found both Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce to move the chains.
Harrison Butker converted the field goal that leveled the count at 36.
Unfortunately, the Bills let another opportunity slip away, this time in overtime as the Chiefs scored a touchdown.
A Brewing Rivalry In The AFC
It was the second time the Chiefs eliminated the Bills in as many seasons.
In 2020, Kansas City moved to Super Bowl LV after defeating Buffalo in the AFC Championship Game.
This year, Allen and the Bills would love to get past their nemesis.
They should have another classic encounter if they meet in the postseason.
However, the Bills hope that they will conquer the Chiefs this time around.
