Much like the rest of the NFL Week 10 games, the Los Angeles Rams versus San Francisco 49ers game did not go as expected.

The Rams are considered one of the best teams in the NFC.
Just last week, they added former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to an already explosive offense.
Many tuned into the Monday Night Football game to see how Beckham would do.
Though he only had one practice with the team and quarterback Matthew Stafford, he was slated to play especially after the Rams lost wide receiver Robert Woods for the season to an ACL injury suffered in Friday’s practice.
How Beckham Did
Beckham was targeted three times.
He caught two of the passes for a total of 18 yards.
The one he failed to catch resulted in a Stafford interception.
MNF analyst Brian Griese was trying to figure out what happened because Stafford put the ball in a spot that was not even close to Beckham.

He attributed it to a miscommunication as Stafford threw the ball where he expected Beckham to be.
This irony was not lost on Browns fans watching the game.
Matthew Stafford just threw a pick because OBJ wasn’t where he was supposed to be on the route. Can’t make this up 😂 #Browns #OBJ

Beckham’s Grade
He earned a “C” for his first outing.
If he was not in the proper position for Stafford, that is not a new issue for him.
This was an ongoing problem in Cleveland.
Beckham was often thought to be freelancing on the routes.
He did catch two passes and earns the “C” grade mainly because he only had one practice with his new team.
Beckham And The Rams
Eli Manning on the other MNF broadcast mentioned that he spoke with Beckham since he left the Browns.
Manning said Beckham knows it is time to get to work.
He wants to do anything he can to help the Rams.
Eli Manning said he spoke with Odell Beckham Jr. this week about everything going on:
"He knows he needs to get back to playing football, good football and doing the things that he's been able to do over the last couple of years, and that's making plays."

Conclusion
The Rams have a bye in Week 11.
That is well-timed so that the offense can work together.
They are still reeling from the loss of Woods, and Beckham joined the team so late in the week that he really could not be that effective.
This is the second straight loss for the Rams who also dropped their Week 9 game to the Tennessee Titans.
They are 7-3 and in second place in the NFC West behind the 8-2 Arizona Cardinals.
The true test for the Rams and Beckham will be on November 28 at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers.
Will they be able to handle the cold conditions and Aaron Rodgers?
That will a must-see game, and a fairer assessment of Beckham’s contribution to the offense will result from his performance in that game.
