Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks has a lot to prove.
No one is going to say that he’s not one of the greatest players alive and he enters the 2022-23 season as a potential MVP again.
His excellency is untouchable and undeniable but Antetokounmpo will not be happy until his Bucks win the Finals yet again.

Right now Antetokounmpo is playing with his Greek basketball team in the EuroBasket tournament.
Unsurprisingly, he’s incredible and putting up wonderful numbers for his team.
However, this all feels like a warmup for Antetokounmpo, who wants to come storming back to the NBA next month and claim the league’s top spot.
Freakish Talent
It was obvious that Antetokounmpo was disappointed that his team didn’t reach the NBA Finals again last season.
After claiming their first Larry O’Brien Trophy, the Greek Freak and the rest of his team wanted more.
Of course, that task was easier said than done, and eventually, they’d be taken down by the Boston Celtics in the playoffs.
Antetokounmpo is still one of the very best players in the league, arguably in the top five.
Yet, some people have written him off and feel that the Bucks’ time is behind them.
That doesn’t sit well with them.
Yes, there is a lot of competition in the East, with the Celtics, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, and others fighting hard to win it all.
It won’t be easy for Antetokounmpo and his guys to overtake all of them.
But they have the talent and they now have the postseason experience and track record to prove they can get it done and rise to the top.
