Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks is just weeks ahead of training camp and less than two months away from the new NBA season.
While some people would be taking vacations and enjoying time off right now, Antetokounmpo is instead hard at work and playing the game that he loves so much.
And he’s playing it incredibly well.

Antetokounmpo’s Greek team defeated Belgium in the second round of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Qualifiers over the weekend.
Of course, the Greek Freak was a huge part of that victory putting up 26 points on 11-of-17 shooting, grabbing 7 rebounds, and 2 steals.
Antetokounmpo seemed fired up and ready to play, eager to make his home country proud and show the entire world just how dominant he is.
His point was clearly made.
MVP For Milwaukee
Antetokounmpo’s 2021-22 season was wonderful but it fell short of the greatness he had wanted.
His Bucks weren’t able to overcome the East and return to the Finals, and that definitely stung.
Antetokounmpo has made no secret of the fact that he isn’t content with winning just one ring for the Bucks, he wants to create a true dynasty.
He has a lot of challenges to overcome to make that happen – namely the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat – but fans of the Bucks should still have a lot of hope as the 2022-23 season starts.
The Bucks have retained their core and it’s a very talented bunch of stars.
Now that Khris Middleton will be back and healthy, Antetokounmpo and his teammates can focus on staying collected and ready for the road ahead.
Antetkounmpo is wowing the crowds overseas right now but that could be just a warm-up for what’s ahead.
