Sometimes when a player hits a home run or hits the ball in general, it travels incredibly fast and leaves the ballpark in a hurry.
Already this season, there have been six batted balls that have come off the bat at 115-mph or more, according to MLB.com analyst Sarah Langs.
Four of those belong to New York Yankees designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton.
The 32-year-old veteran slugger is off to a pretty solid start this season, with an OPS of 1.231 and a batting average of .385.
He has also hit two homers and driven in four runs.
Stanton’s swing is quite a pretty one, but also powerful, so it’s no surprise that he’s at the top of this list.

Stanton’s Power
When Stanton hits the ball, it travels far and fast and that trend has seemingly continued to start the 2022 regular season.
The other two batted balls that have come off the bat at 115-mph or more belong to Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Shohei Ohtani.
If Stanton can stay healthy, then seeing the ball fly off his bat will become a norm in 2022.
Stanton has of course struggled with injuries over his time with the Yankees and is looking for a healthy bounce-back season.
He has one of the prettiest and deadliest swings in all of baseball, so watching him crush pitches is something that is entertaining for baseball fans in all walks of life.
But this is an impressive group Stanton is leading here.
He’s a great hitter in his own right, but not only is he in the same company as Ohtani and Guerrero, he is at the top of the list, which is quite impressive as well.
