After ten seasons in the league, former Phoenix Suns forward Jae Crowder is currently without a home in the NBA.
During the summer, the coaching staff and Crowder had a difference of opinion about the player’s future in Phoenix.
Crowder wanted to remain a starter and head coach Monty Williams did not want that.
The conflict over this led to Crowder being permanently benched as the team attempted to find a new home for him.

Since then, we haven’t heard much aside from a few rumors and fans are starting to wonder if a trade for Crowder will ever happen.
Apparently, Crowder is wondering too because he hopped on Twitter to simply post a few clock emojis, symbolizing that the time has come for him to move to a new franchise.
A few months ago, there was speculation that teams like the Boston Celtics or Miami Heat might sign Crowder.
He has played for both of those teams before so the return to either made perfect sense.
The fact that a deal for Crowder hasn’t materialized makes people wonder if the hold-up has to do with outgoing Suns owner Robert Sarver (he still has some power of major trades) or if other teams just aren’t offering what Phoneix wants.
There are several teams who would benefit from Crowder’s average of 9.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists a game.
Perhaps he can join Giannis Antetokounmpo with the Milwaukee Bucks or maybe the ailing Golden State Warriors will start calling Phoenix’s phone.
Will Crowder get his wish and begin playing for a new team?
The upcoming trade deadline is quickly approaching which will be Crowder’s best chance of suiting up this season.
