The Jacksonville Jaguars were one of the most surprising teams in the National Football League this season.
Of course, watching a team make great strides and improve after going over a massive spending spree should come as no surprise, but people heavily criticized the front office after seemingly overpaying for mid-tier players.
Those guys sure silenced their doubters, developing instant rapport with Trevor Lawrence and helping the team clinch the AFC South division title.
And, while going from Urban Meyer to Doug Pederson sure had a lot to do with that success, WR Coach Chris Jackson should also get his flowers.
That’s why, now that Jackson has taken a position with the Texas Longhorns, the Jaguars should dig deep into the market to try and fill that void.
Fortunately for them, legendary WR Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson has seemingly made himself available for the position.

Johnson has constantly asked to stay close to the game, and has nominated himself for multiple positions — even as a player — over the past couple of years.
So, while the former second-round pick may not have any coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level, he’d sure help the guys with a trick or two.
The Jaguars were one of the most resilient teams this season, fighting hard week in and week out, and closing out the year with impressive wins over every single team that came across them.
Trevor Lawrence finally looks like the guy they thought he was capable of being, so they better try and maximize the talent around him.
