Having NFL football back is a great feeling.
After months of talking about offseason activity, football fans can finally cheer for their beloved teams.
Meanwhile, NFL analysts get to earn their keep by dissecting the games.
The games during Week 1 of the 2022 season had fantastic moments, like the New York Giants’ two-point conversion to win over the Tennessee Titans.
There were game-winning field goals, especially from Cleveland Browns rookie Cade York.
It’s also hard to forget the performances of Saquon Barkley, Justin Jefferson, Khalil Mack, and Patrick Mahomes.
But for all the good things that happened, former NFL offensive lineman Jeff Saturday took note of the worst of Week 1.

Part of Saturday’s list is the Denver Broncos’ decision to try a 64-yard field goal instead of letting Russell Wilson operate on fourth-and-five.
While Brandon McManus is one of the steadiest kickers in the league, covering that distance is difficult.
He could be the hero, but the odds of converting a kick that long are low.
Head coach Nathaniel Hackett must have forgotten that Wilson has several fourth-quarter comebacks on his resume.
The game’s outcome might have been different if McManus kicked from a more manageable distance.
Meanwhile, the Bengals have two items on the list, one being their long snapper.
Likewise, Joe Burrow threw four interceptions despite finishing with 338 yards and two touchdowns.
Other Items On Saturday’s List
He also included the Atlanta Falcons’ collapse in Week 1.
The New Orleans Saints had to use a 17-3 run to defeat their division rival, 27-26.
Just like in Super Bowl LI, the Falcons squandered another huge lead.
Finally, Saturday pointed out the handshake between New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and his counterpart with the Miami Dolphins, Mike McDaniel.
After all, Belichick isn’t a person that shows much emotion, especially after losses.
