The 2022 New York Mets are a dangerous ballclub.

If there were any doubts, those were certainly put to rest when New York rallied from a 7-0 deficit to beat the Philadelphia Phillies and pull off one of the most stunning comebacks in recent memory.

This team is loaded and is playing its best baseball right now.

This team may just be different than previous Mets teams.

Former Mets’ slugger Todd Frazier certainly thinks so.

After the team pulled off their crazy comeback in Philadelphia, Frazier took to Twitter and shared his opinion on this Mets team, saying that it’s a different club than in previous years.

This @Mets team is different boys and girls

Built Different

History still precedes the Mets and there’s a long way to go, but as of now, this team looks dangerous.

This is the club you absolutely do not want to play right now.

They’re red-hot and they’re winning games.

The team is stacked from top to bottom.

Frazier spent most of his years with the Cincinnati Reds, but spent a couple years playing for the Mets.

The Mets were never up to par when Frazier was with the team, having just one winning season.

But he was there long enough to know that there’s something different about this year’s club when compared to the teams that Frazier was a part of.

The Mets did the unthinkable last night and there’s little reason to doubt that they could do it again.

This is the best the Mets have played in a long time.

We’ll see if they can keep it together for a full year and remain in contention.

Frazier seems to believe they can and will stay hot.
